How make to merge tabs?

I have a problem to create a flavor from this transaction IE01, moving a group
of fields in a tab to another and save it to run, I fields disappears.
Is there any way around it I saw this video "SAP Screen People 2.0 - How to merge tabs" I have followed the steps
does not work.

Hi Joshua,

If you have any mandatory fields in the tab, then the controls pulled from other tabs will disappear till the mandatory fields are entered. So you need to design the screen such that user or script enters all the mandatory fields before seeing the other fields.
