SOAP AXIS Adapter multiref module not working (Missing jar?)

Hi there experts,

in order to handle responses from Primavera web service, as they're multiref xmls, we've installed AXIS adapter as SAP suggest. The thing is that after setting the processing and module keys exactly as SAP Note on AXIS Adapter FAQs says, the adapter raise an error (at Com Channel Monitorig), shall I install ALL the opcional jar?

Any hint? anything would be really helpful.

Hi

Error shows that com.sap.aii.axis.soap.MultiRefsHandler class is missing.

Check the jar file deployed. The axis jar that you deployed might be missing the class files.

Check and deploy again.

Hi Osman,

but Basis team assures me that they've installed correctly the adapter, and when I go check the http://.../XIAxisAdapter/MessageServlet I see all mandatory components installed and just three optional components uninstalled, and none of them regarding MultiRefsHandler...
