SAP MDM : User id not reflecting on Updated by and Created By field

Hi Gurus,

I am having an issue whereby when a record is created workflow owner user id is reflected on a created by and updated field.

Inital, we used to syndicate records based on a port(remote system) a record is suppose to be sent. The update by and create by fields were updating with correctly with a user id.

We have changed our syndication option and now se using syndicate step to send syndicate records since this change user id's are no longer reflected in on updatdd and created by fields

Any idea why this is happening and what could be done to fix it?.

I am having a little trouble understanding the chnage that you have done .

What do you mean when you say "  now se using syndicate step to send syndicate records " ??

Hi Vag,

we were intial using remote key override in syndication maps but now we are using a step within a worklfow.

Thats the only thing we changed then the user id were no onger reflected on the updated by and created by field.

This normally happen when records are created through import manager but when records are created directly in Data Manager only created by field will have the user id and updated by will have workflow onwer id.
