Business system not correct in "Browse Product Category Tree View" query

Former Member

Business system is not getting correctly populated in filter of "Browse Product Category Tree View" query of query Group "FCI-InternalCategoryBuyPicker".

It behaves weird.

When on Master Agreement page (integration tab enabled), if we click product category picker (query Group "FCI-InternalCategoryBuyPicker"), business system filter is not populated in "Browse Product Category Tree view" query.

But when on Master Agreement page(integration tab not enabled), if we click product category picker (query Group "FCI-InternalCategoryBuyPicker"),

business system filter is populated as "Sourcing (local)" in "Browse Product Category Tree View" query.

Is some setting required to display constant value. Please help in getting this fixed.

Earlier this query used to fetch system as D70CLNT011 from system property odp.doc.integration.external_system.

From few days it is behaving weird. What can be the issue?

Geetika

Hi Geetika,

If I understood your issue exactly initially your able to see default business system value in "From Business System" filter in "Browse Product Category Tree View" but now your not able to see.

I have tried to replicate your scenario with integration tab hidden and without hidden. But I was not able to replicate the issue which you have stated, I checked in Application Version: 9.0.06.01  and 9.0.17.00.

Browse Product Category Tree View  is Java execution based query in that From Business System    filter type is object reference. This filter have Prefill value from cache.

Please let us know the version which your using.

Hi Geetika,

This is value you are getting only based on the value you used in previous execution of this query. If you do not want this to happen please remove prefilled from cache by duplicating that query and place that in desired query group.

Hope this clarifies you question.

Hi Gurvi,

Thanks for your input.

But creating new query does not help, as cache is for a session.
