Error in Inventory on LI02N transaction

Hi Expert,

Created an Inventory record using transaction LI01N,trying to activate the inventory record , I am getting error as

Inventory not possible for storage bin 20105202 (open items)

     Message no. L4151

Checked in LT22 with Warehouse number ,storage type,Storage bin  selection as flagged  Source Storage Bin, source/destination/return storage type,source/destination/return storage type for all 3 checkboxes. & execute

I am no able to find any Open Transfer order , but still have error .Please suggest any one

Check it technically via SE16 the table LQUAB.

SAP is sending this error message if your storage type is  bulk  and the inventory indicator is different from dynamic cycle count and the summary quant is not zero in field AOFTA of table LQUAB.

Yes my warehouse, storage type in LQUAB
Table value is  not zero in field AOFTA
of table .how to resolve this issue shall I run Programme RLTLQUAB
Remove inconsistencies between LQUA and LQUAB

Please read OSS note 913912 - Analysis/correction report for inconsistencies in lqua/lquab

it explains some reasons for this inconsistency and also says what to do.

Removed  inconsistencies between LQUA and LQUAB through Programme RLTLQUAB

in LQUAB Table value is  changed from one to  zero in field AOFTA
