After upgrade to Information Steward 4.2 SP2 all Connections fail

Has anyone else had all Information Steward 4.2 SP2 connections fail after the upgrade from 4.1.

This is a linux red Hat 5.6 host, with BI 4.1 SP4 update and Data Services 4.2 SP2.

Open the CMC and go to Information Steward > Connections and pick any of the previously working connections and find that everyone fails with the error message:

Connection no longer

work. Receive the error: javax.xml.stream.XMLStreamException:

ParseError at [row,col]:[1,1] Message: Premature end of file.

(COR-10245)

I found the reference to SAP Note 2003631 but that suggests to upgrade BI Platform to 4.1 SP4 which I have already done.

I have also opened a case with SAP but have not received back a response.

Anyone have a suggestion other then restoring back to the previous version?

I have seen this, in my case it was pure bud. I did not find the solution, even after reinstall I got the same error, it disappeared  after I applied some patch - i guess Sp02, at the moment we're on Sp03 and I have not seen it anymore.

Can not suggest anythig, you can try your luck with the latest Sp, which is 03

I tried the upgrade to Data Server 4.2 SP3 and Information Steward 4.2 SP3 and I continue to have the same problem.

Still waiting on call back from SAP.
