Physical partitioning for PSA / Infocube objects in SAP BW / IBM i systems

Hi,

We are running SAP BW on IBM i and DB2 is the Database. So, in SAP BW, physical partitioning can be possible ? Physical partitioning is a database partiotioning correct ? For that, separate license required in DB2 ?

Take a look at SAP note 815186

Prerequisite is a DB/OS release of at least V5R3.

In addition, you must have

installed the additional product IBM DB2 Multi Systems (option
27), which must be purchased separately
