How to configure a mailing group for XI user in SU01

Hi experts,

I've configured my RWB alerts to be sent to a specific user - pisuper.

In SU01, the email address configured for this user is ronlai78@gmail.com

Instead of sending only to ronlai78@gmail.com, I want the mail to be sent to a list of external email addresses.

I've configured this for CCMS(Integration Engine error) alerts by creating a distribution list with SO23.

How can I achieve the same for RWB alerts?

Hi,

If you want to send it to multiple email addresses and all email addresses are user of XI then you can define "Role" and attach that role to everyuser and make this role as receipent of alert (I am assuming you are using Alert Framework).

Another workaround is send it to email id like yahoo group and all member should join that group so this mail will be broadcast automatically.
