The first thing you should ensure you have enough motivation in you to enter into SAP field. It is might be somebody has inspired you regarding the high salaries. That should not be sole inspiration to become a SAP Consultant. Unless, you have inspired passionately for SAP, please do not come to SAP.

Regarding your question, you have totally different set of education and experience.
BE Computer Science - May be you can look for BI / BOBJ / HANA
Banking operations are more or less doing the same kind of routine job, therefore, I would not recommend you for any functional courses such as FI or CO, unless you are very good knowledge in accounting / management accounting fundamentals and using in your day to day job extensively.
