After doing UD and Stock Posting for few inspection lot status is not getting updated to (STUP - statistics updated).

Hello Aditya,

Please check if indicator QALS-STAT35 is set.

If not:

1. Go to QA12 and change the UD code to any other one.

2. Save.

3. Go to QA12 and change the UD code to the right one.

4. Save.

Thanks for the reply Natalia. Yes indicator QALS-STAT35 is set and by going to QA12 and doing UD again will solve the problem. But my problem is that I cannot provide authorization for QA12 to every user.

So is there any any settings in customization so that this issue can be resolved.

Hello Aditya,

If you can't use QA12, you will have to debug to find out what causes status STUP, probably it was caused by an user exit or commit work in BADIs.

If you are using EXIT_SAPMQEVA_007, it may be the cause.

Hi Aditya,

Can you tell the Inspection Lot Origins of these lots? The status STUP is activated when the system updates data in the background e.g. Vendor quality score for Incoming Inspections.
