Issue with receiver SFTP adapter in PI 7.31

Hello Gurus,

    We have a scenario  from SAP ECC to Customer which is an Outbound interface (IDOC - File).

The mapping is one to one  mapping.In the sender side we  are using IDOC_AAE and receiver channel is SFTP adapter.

In PI,we are able to receive the IDOC,but could not able to place the file at the thirdparty system.We are facing an issue at the receiver SFTP side.

Please find the error message we are receiving.

We have checked with our customer and they told that we have all the access for directories to read/Write/delete.

Could you please let us know how to resolve this issue?

Hi Sahithi,

the error is in authentication and it might be because of certificate. Please check if you have correct certificate uploaded to PI and used the correct path.

They mentioned that they were not using any certificates and they are  not provided any certificates to us.

Hi Sahithi,

The issue is with authentication. I would suggest to check the authentication using FTP tool.
