Problem with PR (P)

hello,

I have a problem with WBS element according to "AccAssCat = P"

a strange WBS element was generated, I don't know how, and from where it is called, in fact the form is <<<PRxxxxxx>>>, and it does not exist in PRPS table. but I can not change it nor delete the PR.

can any one explains this strange issue?

Hello Alaeddine,

Please try again creating new PR with account assignment P and debug with ABAP team to find out from where wrong WBS element is picked automatically.

If that also does not give hint, then raising OSS message to SAP would be good option.

Hi Alaeddine,

Tushars request is crucial in here - is it a one time action in your system? Or is it happening each time you create PR with Acc Asgmt P ??

If one time - I don't think we should focus on finding a reason as this might be specific to what has been happening in your system then and it won't occur again. If not than debugging should be the best solution to find the source of this weird WBS.

Hi,

Make sure you are entering correct WBS element in PR/PO. Verify this WBS with its structure and non-archived status in CJ20N.

Hi Alaeddine,

This will not occur again in your system. This can be a weird issue in sap which has no resolution.

Have you raised a OSS note to SAP, let me try to identify the root cause or they will provide an alternate solution.

Hi,

Can you check the table PRPS for the Entry PR40020009 please.

Seems like this WBS element is either deleted or archived.

Also help with the long text or the error message number.
