It's a virtual machine, and a service was down. Basis team corrected the problem.

1.  Are you able to ping the Ides host? is this any firewall enable?

2. SAP Ides system up /running?

3. is this any network issue?

Hi Amine,

1) Are you able to login to your SAP system. ?

2) What is the RFC IDES800_DIALOG ? please check whether hostname is correct maintained for this RFC
