sapinst (SWPM) not starting

Dear experts,

please kindly help me to solve this problem - sapinst is not starting on Solaris 10:

I have asked our Solaris admins to reboot, but unfortunately it didn't solve the problem. I tried googling, but I can't find nothing.

I have also unpacked a new healthy SWPM, but it throws the same error, so I am out of ideas...

Symon,

Make sure you have downloaded the correct SWPM package for your Operating System / CPU Architecture. Also make sure to export your DISPLAY to a server / computer by using VNC or similar application.

Please provide the following information:
- all files located in $HOME/.sdtgui

- environment of 'root' user

- dev_selfex.out file

It will help to start the investigation about the problem you are facing.
