http receiver error in PO

Hello,

While test the http to http sceanrio in PO 731sp8, the HTTP_AAE Receiver channel shows error as given below

MP: exception caught with cause com.sap.aii.adapter.http.api.HttpAdapterException: STATUS_CODE_NOT_OK-Internal Server Error

Transmitting the message using connection HTTP_AAE_http://sap.com/xi/XI/System failed, due to: com.sap.aii.adapter.http.api.HttpAdapterException: STATUS_CODE_NOT_OK-Internal Server Error

Message status set to FAIL

Channel -  Ping from Channel monitor shows status as green and channel working fine.

Also defined content type as - text/xml

So as per the error logs provided above, will the error occurs while send message to target sysyetm or will it be because of no response/error response from target system? Also pelase let us know how to solve the issue.

Do we need any settings in sxmb_adm for integration engine configurations in PO as well.

Hi Friends,

Can you please also let me know steps to configure HTTP receiver -Synchronous. So that i can compare any steps was missed in Server configuration / connectivity or PO configurations.
