New button in "International Version" section visible but disabled

Hi Experts,

I am trying to view attributes in "International Version" section in SAP MDG 7.0 but the "New" button is grayed out. Please find the screen shot for the same.

Please help me in resolving the same.

Do we need to activate any specific BC Sets or Business Functions for International Versions , or otherwise ?

You can reconfirm in IMG node SAP NetWeaver >Application Server >Basis Services >Address Management >Activate International Address Versions
