HELLO EVERYONE

I have entered sales order but it is not counted in ATP check

can any one tell me the configuration step in sap retail so that sales order also considered in atp check calculation.

Check if availability check is maintained in material master through MM42 under Logistics: DC

Hi Sunil,

Check whether ATP check is activated for the sales order document type. For this check the default settings for availability check using transaction code OVZJ. Also check the ATP check is ON for the schedule category.

Also Availability check 02 should be assigned to article master in Logistic DC or Logistic Store view.
