Inspection Lot Status LTIN STIC SPRQ

Hi All ,

We are using long term characteristics as per business requirmeent ,

Now Some of the lot being clear with Status LTIN STIC SPCO STUP which is okay and Few LTIN STIC SPRQ not able to clear from QA32

As we aware SPRQ - Quantity posting required , which we are not able to clear from QA32 ,

System not allow to go in Usage decision tab , system gives error msg through pop up like The function you selected can't be carried out.

Another thing is status LTIN STIC SPCO STUP showing some in red light and some are showing in green ,

This is very critical issue

Please help me in this matter , need solution on the urgent basis.

Hello,

Check your master data settings and also check whether any exit is applied there or not. For more clarity kindly provide the screen shot of error mssg .

Which master data i have to check ? are you asking about to check MIC ?

Against same production order some insp lot are ok and some having issue.

We are using BAPI for result recording and Usage decision to fulfil the business requirement.

Hello,

Any of of the MIC are required one ? if yes then do the result recording for those MIC's in the relevant operations. If you BAPI for RR and UD then this might be the reason that system stops you for UD without entering the results in required MIC's.

Since you are using a BAPI, you need to close your MIC's first, before UD.

You mean to say MIC needs to be force closed after valuate ?

Actuallly some of the Lots are getting clear (Result recording as well we Usage decision).

Yes , Either do RR and closed or just force close them .

We are not doing force closed but there are so many lots which are getting clear fine.

Even one more problem is lot status showing SPCO - Stock posting completed , which are still showing in red light.
