What goes behind the scenes when a new client is created?

Hi Basis friends,

I am not a Basis person rather I am SAP HCM functional person. We have to load data in SAP and need a new client for DEV and Quality. I was wondering what goes on your side of the world while creating a new client. You can give me both the scenarios where you are copying data from one client and transferring to the new client. Please explain in the terminology so that I can understand.

while you creating new client in R/3 it copies all tables from source client to target client in this r3load

tp plays an important role in transpiring one client to another client it runs in background and it check all objects have been transfered to new client

for client copy following are the tcode

create new client SCC4

local client cpy    SCCl

See logs              SCC3

Client delete       SCC5

Remote client     SCC9

Client import      SCC7

Client Export     Scc8
