databas not come up after system refresh

Dear

i have refresh the system with brrestore with different SID but after restore oracle not getting started it throws erro ORA-00205 it show control files not found

how i can create control file and change the database ID i have crash the source system only i have backup with me i had restored the backup not able to start oracle bcaz of  control file

brrestore done successfully
