Hi All,
Issue:
-----------
Closure & Provisioning notifications not sent to multi users (change account request type)
Configuration in system:
---------------------------------
System details --> GRC 10 SP10
1) In the ARM workflow, in the Process global phase, have maintained configuration as below:
NOTIFICATION EVENT TEMPLATE ID RECIPIENT ID
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
END OF REQUEST ZXXXX_GRAC_AR_CLOSE GRAC_REQUESTER
END OF REQUEST ZXXXX_GRAC_AR_CLOSE_USER GRAC_USER
REQUEST_SUBMISSION ZXXXX_GRAC_AR_SUBMIT GRAC_REQUESTER
2) In the ARM workflow, in the Variables & Settings phase, have maintained configuration as below:
TEMPLATE ID MESSAGE CLASS DOCUMENT OBJECT
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
ZXXXX_GRAC_AR_CLOSE ZAC_AR_CLOSE ZGRAC_AR_CLOSE
ZXXXX_GRAC_AR_CLOSE_USER ZAC_AR_USER_PROV ZGRAC_AR_USER_PROV
3) The custom document ids are already created and activated; mapped to the message class in the GRCNOTIFYMSG table. The same is also maintained in the Custom notification message section in SPRO > AC > Workflows > Custom messages.....
4) Workflow is activated and is working for single users and other request types.
Please update on how to fix the issue.
Thanks

Hi,
Try the following 2 notes. We had to apply these on SP12 to make the notifications work for multi user requests.
1626046 - UAM: Password is not sent for a multiple user request
1727135 - UAM:Notification for a multi user request not sent correctly
also refer to the following thread, where I asked the same question a few months ago
