Rounding Profile for substituion material (TAPA)

Hi Folks,

I have a situation below that the previous material has 5 pieces for rounding profile and the substitution material (TAPA) has 10 pieces for rounding profile, but SAP considers the quantity of the previous item and ignores the correct quantity of 10 pieces.

We're on SCM 5.0, anyone has an idea how to solve this or which note should apply?

Hi Alexandre,

In case of material substitution you need to activate the rounding permitted check in both the item categories. It should work this way.

Assuming you are using ECC material substitution functionality here.

Check the Rounding indicator is activated for the mentioned item categories in ECC customization settings.

Thanks for help. I checked VOV7 and the second line ZST1, rounding is marked, but TAPA don't.

Do you believe this is the problem?
