Change logs for Info-structures

Want to know is there any table or transaction which can give me detail change log for Info-Structure?

You don't do any manual changes in info structures, so you don't need any change log usually.

We have Info structure to maintian our product allocations. This gets updated based upon the quantity in the sales order. And there are other tools which is used to do substitution and update the sales order quantity. during all this process the info-structure is getting updated and we need to know when and what time the particulat item was updated in infostructure.

I wanted to know if there is any standard way we can check this?

no standard way. Since you are using other tools. Consider have a FM In your program to create change log. And from there you could create a report to check it.
