anyone knows if we can add more characters to the description field of incidents and service requests. Now we can add a description of max 40characters. We would like to add it to 60? Is this possible?
yes ist possible - but not from Standard or with Standard customizing. Ist a very short development where you Change the number of allowed Digits within the code. Ive already done this for a customer.
