Hi Gurus,
We are trying to determine the kernel version of the SAP MDM Server 7.1SP11.
Tried disp+work command - error : command could not be found as there was no disp+work executable.
Also referred to the MDM Console , no luck either.
Could you let me know what is the correct command or path to look for the kernel version.
Thanks and Regards,
maddy.
on windows
login with SIDADM
using command prompt goto \usr\sap\SID\SYS\exe\run
execute disp+work -V

Hi Maddy,
If you have installed your system as "Distributed", make sure you have created relevant links for Kernel Directory. Also double check your environment variables which should let you execute kernel executables.

Hello,
1. There are two ways you can check thru sap system message and the kernel details.
2. At the os level go to mount point /usr/sap/<SID>/SYS/exe/ run where you can check your old kernel number.
Please go thru this link
Hope this works for your to check and help in up-gradation.
