Fiori Timesheet Suggestions Issue

Hi Experts,

We are working on several flows related to time sheet in Fiori apps. We have observed that "Suggestions" do no populate any data.

After finding few discussions on the same issue, we understand that auto suggestions needs to be enabled in settings.

Can someone help us where to enable auto suggestions or how to make data populate in Suggestions drop down.

We have already upgraded to SP05.

Hi Sneha,

Suggestions will come when you have worklist configured.

Please check your cat2 and see if worklist is configured.

@Laxman: The one yoiu mentioned is not suggestions. That is Autosuggest which was removed in the launchpad app. It is only available in the Wave1 Launchpage app. That populates the previous week entries to the current week.

Where doo you get this option of Auto Suggest? Is it on Launchpad page? I have never seen this option before. Could you please tell me the path to check this option?

What is the SP level for Fiori components in your system?

     When we run the application at the left bottom corner there is a settings button. See the below screen for reference.

Hi Sneha,

Could you check CAT2 and see if you have something in your worklist. Configure the worklist and you will get the entries in Suggestions.

Hi Pankaj,

How do we configure worklist? Could you share the steps please? or any link?

Also I was checking SAP Note 2031179. And in the Solution section it says that My timesheet launched via Launchpad does not support "Auto Suggest" functionality.

I tried implementing all new notes for UIXHCM01 and SRA002, bit I am not able to make Suggestions work.

I would appreciate any help on this.

Hi Tajinder,

You HCM specialist can configure the work list for you. If you want to take a look, its available in SPRO->Cross Application Components->Time Sheet->CATS Regular->Record Time.->Data Entry profile.

I have checked this and for data entry profile, I have checked all boxes under WORKLIST and entered 100 days for "in proc, since.

I have UIXHCM01 at SP 03 and SR002 at SP 05. I have also applied the notes released to be applied on these SPs. But still I am facing this issue.

Our HR person is away, so I cannot ask him. I am obviously testing it on Sandbox. So I can do some R&D. Could you please help me in this? Is checking all boxes means activating or configuring worklist. I am not getting any other option there.
