SAP Syclo Workmanager : Notification Mul Function duration is not calculating automatically

Dear All , Notification malfunction duration is not calculating . Ex : When i send mul start date and end date from Syclo agentry to SAP then its not calculating duration automatically . But when i do from SAP then its calculating. Can you suggest ? Thanks & Regards , Kunal Varaiya

Is the malfunction duration a field on the client?  If so, you can add an update rule that would take the current End Date time and subtract the Start date time.

Dear Stephen , I have found through BAdi Implementation we can handle this one . its problem from SAP side Note :1619709 is use full for resolve this issue . Thanks & Regards , Kunal Varaiya
