Condition based Delivery cost for budget consumption

Hello Experts,

Budget not consuming at MIRO level for Condition based Delivery cost in PO. What might be the reason.  We have used the option for both "GR and IR update" in FPUP.

For Example:

Budget                                       : 500

PO Value                                   : 100

Delivery cost (Condition in PO)     :  10 (Required to inventorize)

At PO Creation Level: PO created for Rs. 110, Budget committed for Rs. 110 and Availability Budget is Rs 390.

At MIGO Level: Budget Commitment (PO) is reduced by Rs 110 and at "Invoice" level (MIGO) budget consumed for Rs 110

     Inventory                               Dr 110 (Commitment Item derived from GL mapped in OBYC)

     Devlivery Cost Clearing          Cr   10 (Commitment Item derived from FS00 (Dummy CI) with financial transaction 40/3)

     GR-IR Clearing                      Cr 100 (Commitment Item derived from PO with financial transaction 40/3)

At MIRO Level, "Invoice" level (MIGO) Budget is reduced by 100 and the same amount consumed at MIRO level for Rs 100.

So over all the budget left is 500 - 100 (MIRO) = 400 after MIRO.  But we need it should be Rs 390. 110 inclusive of Delivery cost should be consumed the budget at MIRO level.

Any configurations that I missed please let me know.
