Hellow Expert,

I'm having a trouble here, so I register and sync the user X.

but the same user can't get register in other device in other part of the world and gets the error 503,

but .

in the sup log i found this:

[com.sybase.djc.util.ThreadMonitor:jms.db]

The number of active threads has now reached 4. For stack trace, set server property tmaStackTrace to true and restart server.

could the properties of sup been low for the usage?

Thanks in Advance,

Laguerta

Hi Daniel,

Is it a production system ?

Can you double check the number of device licenses in SCC.

Hello Midhun!

its not a prodution environment there are less than 6 devices.

my total license device count is unlimited. I think device count isn't an issue right?

Cheers

Hi Daniel,

What's happening when using a different user ? Is it a native app of HWC ?

Hellow Midhun,

Its a Native app.

With other user the custumer have logged in.

The Situation was solved with copying the other user roles,

The user that was not working had the SUP user role.

I added SUP Admin, SUP Domain Admin, and SUP DCN user.

And through Delete device database and restart sup.

This was not very Scientific but worked.

But the strange thing was that me and my partner were able to logging with that user.

not much sence to me

Best Regards!

Midhun
