Client Copy Error

Dear Sir,

Need help i am not able do client copy it stuck at this point

backup:idsadm 4> tp pf=TP_DOMAIN_IDS.PFL import PRDKT00017 IDS client=800

This is tp version 340.16.24 (release 640)

Warning: Parameter DBHOST is no longer used.

Warning: Parameter DBLIBPATH is no longer used.

Warning: Parameter DBNAME is no longer used.

Warning: Parameter DBSWPATH is no longer used.

This is R3trans version 6.13 (release 640 - 25.07.06 - 17:34:00).

2EETW109 table "A569" does not exist in nametab.

Hi,

First you should log on 000 client and in transaction scc4 create a client.

Then log off and login to that new client and then copy the client in transaction scc3. You can assign the logical component later also in case it gives any issues.

Login to this new client using sap* user.

Your source client will be the one from which you want to copy.

Sorry my mistake i wrote scc3 instead of SCCL.

either

a) create the table in the target client

b) run report RSCCEXPT (in target client) and thus exclude the table from the copy...be sure you know what you do - this can lead to inconsistent data!

Patch level is same on PRD & IDS
