Lumira Server Error - Internal Query Engine Error

Hi,

We installed Lumira Server and completed all configurations. But when we are trying to Visualize dataset we are getting following error

And in

http://myserver:8015/sap/bi/sa/version

The result is

{"error":{"code":"RCISA0000001","message":"Internal Error TypeError: result is null","action":"Contact your administrator"}}

Any help!

Hi,

We noticed the same error message after initial installation of Lumira Server 1.20, after following all steps in Paragraph (Server Installation Guide 1.20) - 11.3 SQL Setup on SAP HANA (Rev 85); setting connection privileges, configuring SAL (reboot required), the issue was resolved!

Hi,

Does this issue happen when you use measures of aggregation type Sum ?

as this is an enterprise solution, I would recommend you engage with technical support (if you haven't already)

Same here.. LUMS is working fine, until I´m adding a second measure! After that the error message occurs. I´m running on LUMS 1.19 and HANA REV 82. Is there any chance to trace the scenario to find a helpful solution?
