Invalid Program Name; Program must contain prefix "_SLD_"

Hi

I was following this blog and trying to create a TS for my R/3 system.

I click on the icon "Start Data Collection now " and I get this error: "Invalid Program Name; Program must contain prefix"_SLD_"

I see that already a background job is running, but that has been running from fiday, more than 720 minutes.

Any idea I am getting this error. Mine is a very new ECC system, and I haven't done any settings related to PI. I am using PI 7.4, single stack, also called PO 7.4

Regards

Harish

Hello,

Hi Harish,

In RZ70 select all entries in the screen (you will find below of rz70 screen) ,then save and execute .

If it still gives the error then remove SLD_UC from SM59, and execute again in RZ70 ,SLD_UC
Will create automatically.

Thanks,

Hi Prakash,

I want to cross check the details I have entered:

I see a tab RFC Connection to Host

Under that I see Gateway Host and Gateway service.

Whee should I find the values entered here?  I want it to be correct

Can you tell me where to check?

Regards

Hi

I just noted tht SLDAPICUST is not configured in my R/s system.

Could that be the cause of error? Also SLDCHECK fails. There is no Business sytem and technical system created in SLD for this ECC system.

What is the order in which these transactions should be done?

Do I have to configure SLDAPICUST before creating TS and BS for R/3 in SLD?

Hello Harish,

Please setup SLDAPICUST.

Make sure Aloas Name is same for all systems in your landscape pointing to one SLD.

I do not think this is require to collect/send deta to SLD through RZ70

Hi Harish,

Run SLDCHECK, and where ever it fails, work on that part.

Once you have fixed those issue, SLD will be opened from SLDCHECK.

Hi Harish,

There will be around 11 to 12 program which are used to transfer the data to SLD.

In Se38 , looks for the program starting with _SLD_ and checked there status.

Also do let us know the kernel release for ECC system and version of ECC.

ST-A/PI and ST-PI release and SP level
