Automatic archiving is not working

Hi,

Automatic archiving is not working for me –

Setup done for archive

Case 1 – “Days Before Archiving SFC/SO” rule set to 0 so that as soon as SO is Done/Close it should be archive also set the Back ground processing to every 5 min

Case 2 -  “Archive SFCs When Shop Order Is Closed or Done” was set to TRUE so that as soon as SO is Done/Close it should be archive also set the Back ground processing to every 5 min

Please let me know what I am missing

Hi!

Check if java parameter is defined (SAP Note 1958664).

Hi!

Have you restarted the NW instance after creating a parameter? If yes, then please share a screen shot of ConfigTool where this parameter is shown.
