Require help on INITIAL_STOCK at Batch level

Dear All,

A product is manufactured in Batches and stock is posted in Batches.

Stock on hand of the SKU A  @ loc 3925

200 MT Batch 1

300 MT Batch 2

400 MT Batch 3

When i use SNP Macro function INITIAL_STOCK( ACT_VERSION ; ACT_PRODUCT ; ACT_LOCATION ) it returns total stock of SKU A @ loc 3925 = 900 MT.

I want to capture Stock at individual Batch level, and capture the same in DP Planning book.

Please suggest whether it is possible.

Hi Nirmal M,

It seems you want to capture the stock at batch level in your DP planning book. In my understanding this will only be possible if you have in your CVCs the batch as a level, which I have never seen before.

What would be the business reason or technical reason why you would like to consider the batch level in DP.
