Maintainance Cycle locked

Hi ,

i am getting this unusal error my maintinance cycle is geeting locked without the document is in edited mode

reason = i have done customization after ZZMJ status To imported into Production. 

is there any way I can close this maintance cycle and create new one.

Run report /TMWFLOW/PHCNTRL_DB_UTILITY in SE38 if any phase inconsistency,
