ESRI Custom Service on Lumira

Hi all!

I'm new on SAP products and I'm trying Lumira... and I need some guide on how to upload an ESRI custom service. I'm aware I need a Features Service hosted in my arcGIS online, and I can even see the thumbnails of my hosted feature services when clicking on the 'ESRI custom service' link (see 1), but then in the next step the datasets don't load (see 2), so I can not select which one(s) I want to use, and then when I click 'confirm' nothin happens.... I've tried to pubish the feature service in many different ways and from different sources, but still I can't load them into lumira... I've been looking for tutorials, guidelines and videos, and I can only find people using ESRI basemaps and then adding csv files, or other aphanumerical data that can be translated into points, but not into lines or polygons.... that's the point of having an AGOL acount with geographical and operational layers... basemaps just do the maps look nicer... please help? thanks!!!

Hi Ana,

I will kindly ask you to wait for a few days. I involved the relevant engineering colleagues and they will in turn connect to their ESRI counterparts to understand what is missing here. I'll update the post when I get more info.
