Dear
Install same thing on other PC then see what error shows if its gets installed properly then there is issue with os you need check all support pack of successful installed system
it may be issue with authorization of user or some windows files got corrupted
these will serve your purpose

I think its space issues in your system, check and also are you download from service market place or IDES version ???
as per rajendra, install on some other PC
