Sold to Party-Multiple ship to party

Hi All,

I have sold to party and we have assigned multiple ship to parties.While creating sales order, getting pop up and able to select ship to party whichever is required.

I want to know which table will save these entries.

Like one sold to and multiple ship to ...

I Want to see in table entries so that its easy for us to maintain ship to parties for respective sold to ..

I have checked all the possible table with regards to customer master like..KN...tables.

Just need to know which table will hold all the master data when we will assign multiple ship to..

Hi,

Check KNVP table for Customer Master - Multiple Ship to Party details as per requirement and table VBPA for Sales Order related Partner Function details.

Hi DSP KOTLI

All the Ship to parties information created for a Sold to party will be stored in table KNVP.

And

For a sales document all the partner functions will be stored in VBPA table.

Hi DSP,

We can do it through multiple functions.

Go to KNVP table for Customer Master - Multiple Ship to Party details.

Go to VBPA table for Sales Order related Partner Function details.

hi

you can get the details from table KNVP. Give the customer number and select  (parvw) as ship to party (SH) and execute will find the details of all the ship to parties along with sales areas.

Through VBPA table  you can find the ship to party details sales order wise.

If We Crete multiple Ship-To-Party and Sold-To-Party for Sales Order, we can check in VBPA Table.
