Offline Approval in ChaRM

Hi,

We are having a requirement of seting up offline approval procedure in Request for Change i.e. an automatic notification will be triggered to
approver with option Approve or Reject., the approver will reply the mail with "Approve" or "Reject" and based on the response the RfC status has to be automaticaly changed to "Approved" or "Rejected".

I was searching for the soultion and found offline approval functionality is provided in SRM. Please help If anyone have done this in Solman

Hello,

You can look into ERMS inbound email scenario for ITSM. I think that, if configured correctly, you could trigger a status change via email. But I don't know how would it choose between approved or rejected.
