ITSM Configuration Guide for SP11

Hi, i am configurating ITSM on Solution Manager SP11. The latest configuration guide I got is the 2013, prepared for  SP08. Will there be a newer version?

There are steps of Solman_setup indicated in Guide of SP08 that are not visible on solman_setup of SP11.

Hi Vikram,

configuration will be same , new customization will be added for existing Support pack level

if you take an example of LMDB screen in SP11 , LMDB screen will be different, but LDBM works back-end same.

Screens will be different..

In Solman_setup in SP08 Under IT Service Management you had two options

Application Incident management

Change Request Management

as radio buttons.

in SP11 they separated with two links

IT service management

Change Request Management

I did not see any configuration differences. LMDB has different interface.
