Hi Experts,
I'm trying to exclude a channel which we do not wish to monitor for our system.
I went to Technical Monitoring -> Interface & PO Monitoring -> Selected Process Integration step 5.5 -> Selected Channel Exclusion from Alerting -> Unchecked the channel in question -> Saved it -> Activated the monitoring again so that it changes will take effect.
After performing the above steps, I'm still getting the alerts for that channel.
I wanted to know, if there is any step we have to perform in order to exclude a channel? Please let me know if there is any guide.

Hi Haseeb,
Did you reconfigure the systems in Technical Monitoring setup (system monitoring) which are part of the PI scenario as well?
