Hello experts,
In the Solution manager service desk 7.1SP10, is there a way to remove the text "IRT exceeded" and "MPT exceeded" in the user status text? We do want to keep the SLA function with the green, orange and red dots. It's only the text we want to remove.
So no more "New IRT Exceeded MPT Exceeded" => this has to be just "New"

I found it already: adjust status schema and then remove the text.

You have to go to transaction SPRO in solution manager
Search for "define status profile for user profile"
Select the status profile you want to adjust (these are linked to a certain transaction type)
Double click the status profile (for example for me it was ZMIN0001)
ANd then remove the short text next to Status "IRTE, IRTX, MPTE, MPTW").
All incidents wil now have the status "new" in stead of "new irt succeeded"
Also old incidents will adjust to this change. So everything becomes clean

In solman > goto transaction CRMBS02 and then go to the status scheme you want to adjust (fe ZMIN0001). There you can remove the short text next to statusses IRTE, IRTW, MPTE, MPTW
