Upload attachments to Documentum

Hi Experts,

I have a B2B scenario where I have to upload files to Documentum via SAP PI. I am using SAP PI 7.1. Attachments are sent along with ASN PIDX from the Supplier. We have implemented a custom adapter module to upload the attachments for this purpose.

The Custom adapter module seems to be working fine as when I sent the attachments with PO create and implemented the Upload option, it is getting successfully uploaded to Documentum. But when Suppliers are sending the attachments with ASN, attachments are not getting uploaded to Documentum. I think the Custom module is not being called. What all parameters should be maintained in the Module tab of Sender RNIF Communication channel?

Any pointers would be grateful.

Hi Sowmya,

Why don't you use a trace inside your custom adapter bean in order to check in the audit log if this has been called right?

Hi Vila,

I have put trace in the custom adapter bean. The module is not being called as its not showing up in the audit log. How do I proceed now?
