I use a backup of the old profile. The system started and work.

Hi Fang,

I created the instance profile, then the system can't work.

Do you have an old backed up profile ?

If yes, then start using that.

Other thing is, can you look into stderr files ?

Goto work directory and look for these files.

You should have hints in this.

Apart from this, share dev_rd and dev_wp log files.

If the process was not started, dev_rd should ideally not be there and strerr shot let you know more on this.

also put this parameter vmcj/enable = 0 in instance profile and check.

can you please check whether the file exists?

By the way the executable path D:\usr\sap\IDS\SYS\exe\run is no longer supported since version 6.10 of the ABAP kernel. A 7.20 kernel based system should start it's executables from within an instance directory (in this case ...\usr\sap\IDS\DVEBMGS00\exe
