Retrieve Content version of Originals

Hi Experts,

I need a help on retrieving content version of Original.

The Original file got corrupted for a DIR and its is in release status. It was reviewed and approved through a set of people as part of workflow.

I have executed the program 'DMS_KPRO_READ' to find the content versions. The content version on initial status was not corrupted and rest all are corrupted.

I want to retirve the Uncorrupted content version (as part on initial status) for this released docuemnt.

Is it possible? If yes, could you please provide the details to get the same.

Hi Ravi,

If you are not deleted ,you may restore certen period of  documents with help of basis person . I hope that technical team take care of content server backups. Please try for better luck.
