As per HTTP 1.1, it is 2TB (not sure,read somewhere). I am sure you are not going try this. While exposing odata, we should not keep the content length higher.Control it using $top and $skip ,

Syam, Ashwin is right. There is no limit on number of records. BUT, basis settings (example: dialog work process timeout) might timeout and you may not get all records.

In my openion there is no limit as such regarding the content handled during the GET operations and also while CUD operations.
Same is for media content as well.
But since huge volume of data will hinder performance its always been suggested to minimize the data we handle by firing our services with appropriate filters or delta query or skip token and ways like that.
No where its mentioned regarding the number of records can be handled by GW.
