PIREPUSER , P4 port

Hi

I am an SAP PI developer and I am trying to set up a PO 7.4 system on my landscape. I am unable to login to the ESB and ID.

The error that I get is this : " Cannot connect to the server using Message Server"

ms://scs<SID>host:cm/8xxx/P4

I want to check if the P4 ports are blocked, how do I do that?

I see only PIREP<SID> in the UME. I don't see PIREPUSER created. Are they both required or one of them is enough?

I posted this in PI forum two days ago but I was not able to get the solution

1670143 - how to check the active P4 ports available for the incoming client web application request...

Hi,

we get the same error.

The URL of note 1670143 has the following output:

version 1.0

J2EE128707220

J2EE    j12cpo    51200    LB=1

P4    j12cpo    51204    LB=1

IIOP    j12cpo    51207    LB=1

TELNET    j12cpo    51208    LB=1

What does "LB=1" mean?
