Fiori client login issues

Fiorians, Though he configuration of Fiori applications are done correctly and working well in desktop browsers ,but when passing the same Launchpad URL the apps are not working in firoi client .

Launchpad URL:

https://domainname:portno/sap/bc/ui5_ui5/ui2/ushell/shells/abap/FioriLaunchpad.html?sap-client=800&s...

i have already looked at the document . But still facing the same issue. When the app is initially launched , requests to enter the url , and when passing the launchpad url as in the question , its  not working .

Hi,

From the device browser (chrome) are you able to access the URL ? The error says it is not reachable, if the URL is accessible only from internal network make sure the mobile is connected to internal network. Looks like a network issue.
