Hey Experts ,
I am facing an issue with few users where business roles are assigned but user is not assigned to the related privileges and there is no entry for the user in MX_REF_ROLE .Why this would have happened any idea?

Can you check MX_assignment attribute for the user in IDM ui .
There you would see user to business role to privilege hierarchy.
Is privilege shown assigned to user via role there in the ui ?
If not then linkage is broken n need to be fixed via uis_repairentry() .

If the assignments were happening correctly in the past, I think the problem would be with the sequence of the tasks in provisioning framework. May be accidentally the sequence of the tasks was changed. It's just a thought.

can you share a screenshot? Are the assignments maybe in pending or failed state? Did you check the "Advanced"-option on the UI-mask of the roles to see, if the filter is maybe set to just show assigned roles and not all?
Also: what IDM version are you using?
