Cost elements not updating in cj40 & cj42

Hi gurus,

when i am trying to do cost & revenue planning in CJ40 & CJ42, i am not getting cost elements. but i have assign costing variant, primary cost element group and revenue element group. where i did mistake in planning profiles or any where in configuration.

so please suggest.....

Hi Siddu,

I remember, in CJR2 transaction you can do cost element planning, which in turn gets updated in CJ40.

Can you do check whether this works ?

Hi Siddu,

Can you share the screen shot of your Planning profile? Also is the same planning profile being used in Projects where you are trying CJ40/CJ42?

Secondly can you check in extras whats the error message you are getting when trying to do Cost element planning..

Also try CJR2 and see if that works?
